Tinney Tool & Machine Company started with a great machinist, Karl Tinney. Karl followed his passion and pursued an opportunity within the manufacturing industry. With his wife, Robin Tinney, by his side their vision of owning and operating a machine shop become a reality. In 1993 Tinney Tool opened its first facility in Belleville Illinois. From 1993-1996 Tinney Tool operated at our first location. In 1996 Tinney Tool & Machine Co., Inc. was born and relocated to our current 10,000 square foot facility on North Church Street in Belleville, Illinois.
Over the last 25 years Tinney Tool & Machine Co., Inc. has continued to grow by adding clients, machines, employees, and much more. We have grown to become a major provider of high quality precision manufacturing to businesses in the St. Louis metro area and across the country. We plan to continue to build the company well into the future keeping our mission, values, and family at the center of all that we do.
